Online Rent Payments
Did you know that you can pay your rent online? You can even set up reoccuring payments from your checking account! Just go to our homepage and click on "Pay Rent Online." You will then be sent to another site called "Property Bridge" where you will want to create a username and password. Then you will have the option to either make a one-time credit card payment or reoccuring payments. This is a great way to save a trip to the leasing office. Call us for more details!

Pointe Royal is happy to announce our new referral program. This new program offers even greater rewards for referring your friends, family and co-workers to live at the place you love to call home. By simply referring a friend to Pointe Royal you could be eligible to receive up to $450 dollars! The base for resident referrals is anywhere from $150-250 depending on the length of the lease. This lovely guest suite has kitchen utentsils, washer & dryer, cable, phone, linens, and a queen sized bed along with a queen sized sofa sleeper.
